What do I need to provide?
To maintain complete flexibility over your menu and budget, you supply the alcoholic beverages, mixers, and soft drinks. We support you through this process by providing professional drink quantity guidance during your planning to ensure you have exactly what you need for a seamless celebration.
Do you provide ice, glassware, and styling?
Yes, we certainly do. We want your celebration to feel completely effortless, so we take care of all the premium glassware and ice for you. To make sure the bar feels like a beautiful, intentional part of your day, I also include a personalised bar menu and arrive with the trailer fully styled
Where do you travel to?
We are Auckland-based and love bringing our bar to beautiful celebrations all across the region. While Auckland delivery is included, we are more than down for a road trip to be part of your day. For venues a bit further away, there may be an additional travel cost to ensure every detail arrives beautifully and ready for service.
What size events can you cater for?
Whether you are planning an intimate garden elopement or a grand estate wedding, we are here to help. Our standard service is designed for a seamless guest experience, but for celebrations with more than 150 guests, we simply bring along additional staff to ensure our signature premium service is maintained for every one of your guests.
How far in advance should we book?
We are currently taking bookings for the 2026/2027 season and recommend reaching out once your venue is secured. Because prime wedding dates, particularly in October to May, fill up quickly, early enquiry is encouraged to ensure your date is reserved.
Can we customise our service?
Absolutely. While we offer 4, 6, and 8-hour base durations, you can fully personalise your experience with add-ons like our Signature Cocktail Service or additional service hours. Every detail is tailored to your vision to ensure your bar experience is exactly as you envisioned
