How do I secure my booking?
Once you're ready to proceed, we'll send you a booking confirmation and invoice. Your date is secured once your booking fee has been received.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weddings and peak season dates. Popular weekends can book out well in advance.
Do we provide the alcohol?
Yes. Gather & Pour currently operates as a BYO mobile bar service, giving you the flexibility to choose the beverages you'd like served while we take care of the bar service and guest experience.
Can you help us work out how much alcohol to buy?
Absolutely. We'll provide personalised beverage recommendations based on your guest numbers, event duration and the style of celebration you're planning, helping you purchase with confidence and minimise waste.
Where do you travel?
Gather & Pour is proudly based in Auckland and services events throughout Auckland and surrounding regions. If your venue is outside our standard service area, we're happy to provide a customised travel quote.
What happens if it rains?
We'll work closely with you and your venue to ensure a suitable wet weather plan is in place. Our priority is making sure your celebration continues smoothly, whatever the weather.
Do you offer cash bar services?
Not at this stage. Gather & Pour currently operates as a BYO mobile bar service. We're working towards obtaining the necessary licensing to offer cash bar services in the future and look forward to sharing updates as they become available.
